1. “What is the difference between ‘Empower’ Mid Rise and ‘Freedom’ Regular Rise Cheeky Bottoms?”

These bottoms are similar however our mid rise bottoms are 1 inch higher in rise compared to our regular rise bottoms. The regular rise bottoms show a bit more tummy whereas the mid rise offers a bit more coverage for the lower belly/hips.

  1. “Are there any padding in your bikini tops?”

No there is not any padding in our tops. I like to keep my tops simple and light, however they all still have excellent support – especially for large chests!

  1. “Can I track my package?”

All Canadian and US customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped. International customers will only receive a tracking number if they opt for "Tracked Shipping" at checkout.

  1. “Can I return my bikini?”

Our return policy is exchange only. If your bikini does not fit, we can happily swap the size for something that fits better. Exchanges only apply to size changes, not colour or style changes. If you have questions about how to get the fit just right, email us! We have lots of tips.

  1. “Is there a less cheeky option?”

Yes! We have a less cheeky option for the mid rise and high rise bottoms. Very similar to the Empower & Thrive bottoms but with a bit more coverage on the cheeks and lower hips.

  1. “My bikini hasn’t arrived within the shipping time frame – now what?”

Shipping time frames are only an estimate. Please give it a few more business days before reaching out. 

  1. “After placing an order, can I make changes to it?”

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact me if you need to make any changes. I can easily adjust your shipping address, size or ordered items if you contact me in time. Once a package is shipped, there is unfortunately nothing I can do.

  1. “Are your bikinis in any stores so I can try them on before ordering?”

At the moment, my bikinis are exclusively sold on my website. To ensure you get the right fit, my size charts are based on body measurements and bra size. I also email every customer to confirm sizing before anything is shipped out. If you're unsure which style is best for you, email us and we'd be happy to give you some advice.

  1. “I live nearby, can I pick up my order in person to save on shipping?”

Absolutely! Just select the local pick up option at check out and send me an email about where and when to pick up your order.

  1. “The ‘Uplift’ Plunge Top doesn’t look the same on me as it does in photos”

Our Plunge Top can sometimes be tricky to get right at first. When initially trying on the top, the shoulder straps will feel a little short. They have elastic inside and are designed to stretch. Make sure you pull the straps forward and down. This will make the straps feel a little longer so you can then pull the band down below your boobs. This will give you the plunging look. If you are still having issues, just email me and I can send you an instructional video or we can discuss sizing up!

  1. “The ‘Fearless’ Bandeau Top doesn’t look the same on me as it does in photos”

This top has a very specific way it needs to be tied in order for it to feel snug and supportive. For the best fit, make sure you tie the bandeau up in the front first (under your boobs), tighter than you think and then slide it around back. Do not try tying it up in the back first as that will always give a looser fit.

  1. “How do I go about exchanging my bikini for a different size?”

Simply send me an email about sizing up or down and I will instruct you on how to ship back the original order. The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and we will cover the cost for shipping the new bikini.
