Refund/Exchange Policy
Bikini doesn't fit? TCB will happily exchange your suit for a new size!
Contact us to start the exchange process.
As soon as you place your order, The Cheeky Bikini will send you an email confirming asking you to confirm your size. If you do not respond to this email with your measurements, an exchange will not be offered in the event the suit doesn't fit. Please respond to this email to ensure you get the best fit possible. Don't forget to check your junk/spam if you don't see the email in your inbox!

Exchanges are honoured for sizing issues only - colour and style changes will not be accepted. Requests for an exchange will only be accepted within 25 days of ship date. After this time frame, all bikinis will unfortunately be final sale. In order to be eligible for an exchange, your bikini must also meet the following guidelines:
- All bikini bottoms must be tried on with underwear underneath
- All bikinis must be returned unworn and unwashed
- All bikinis must be returned in their original condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Received the wrong bikini or your suit arrived defective? Click here to request a replacement. TCB will cover any additional shipping costs.

Please Note: Hot tubs and pools use a lot of damaging chemicals and can sometimes ruin swimwear. It is highly recommended to wear cheaper and/or dark swimwear in hot tubs in case the chemicals are not properly balanced. The Cheeky Bikini does not take responsibility for any damage to a suit caused by a pool or hot tub. Please ensure your pool or hot tub is properly balanced before entering and rinse your suit thoroughly after each wear.
